ContentAI is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create product descriptions, marketing emails, LinkedIn posts, real estate listings, and other written content. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

To use ContentAI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Limited to 5 content generations per day with basic features.

Paid Subscriptions: Billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Contact support within 7 days of your initial payment for a full refund.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you input into ContentAI and all content generated for you through our service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided as a tool for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of generated content before publication or use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ContentAI to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Produce deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Generate spam or unsolicited commercial communications
  • Create content promoting violence, discrimination, or hate
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. ContentAI is a tool to assist your content creation, not a replacement for human judgment and review. You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all generated content before use
  • Ensuring accuracy of facts and claims
  • Editing content to meet your standards and requirements
  • Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

8. Disclaimers

CONTENTAI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR ACHIEVE PARTICULAR RESULTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
